I came across this blow quite some time ago and by now probably read all posts because you are putting in words situations and issues I came across while starting my professional life. <br />As for the case you mention here, this is exactly (and I mean exactly!) how I felt during my last performance review... It made me feel a bit frustrated and maybe even sad that my boss had no real clue what exactly are the thing I am ''doing good'' and should ''keep up''. So actually it makes me feel a bit better knowing that my boss is not the only one having trouble being specific. And it sort of reassures me that I am maybe not as bad in ''showing my work'' as I thought after my performance review. <br />Thank you!! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
